Solar PPP — Ethiopia’s First

acted as lead legal advisor to Ethiopia’s state power utility, in collaboration with a leading global development finance institution, on Ethiopia’s first major public-private partnership transaction — a solar programme targeting up to 500MW of capacity.

Healthcare PPP — Ethiopia’s First

acted as lead legal advisor on the design, structuring, procurement, and implementation of Ethiopia’s first healthcare sector public-private partnership, and a subsequent defense hospital PPP, both supporting the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance.

Wind PPP — Ethiopia’s First

advised a UAE-based renewable energy developer on the development, negotiation, and implementation of Ethiopia’s first wind public-private partnership project.

Policy Advisory

acted for the Ministry of Finance in the drafting of Ethiopia’s Public-Private Partnership Policy and Proclamation.

Pan-African PPP Profiles
